Terms of service

1. 1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the seller Anton Kolesnyk, IČO: 21753091, at Rejskova 2168/12, Praha 2, 12000, e-mail: store@good-mood.co (hereinafter referred to as the "seller") and the buyer when purchasing goods through the online store www.good-mood.co.

2. Ordering and concluding a purchase and sale agreement

All orders placed through the online store are binding. A sales contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by email.

3. Prices and payment terms

Prices are inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated). Payments can be made by bank transfer or via available GoPay payment systems.

4. Terms of delivery

In case of using dropshipping, the delivery time is approximately 10-14 working days. In the future, delivery will be made through Zásilkovna, Česká pošta, and courier services.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with § 1829 of the Czech Civil Code. The goods must be returned undamaged, preferably in their original packaging. The costs of return shall be borne by the buyer.

6. Rights in case of improper performance (complaint)

The product is warranted in accordance with the period set by the manufacturer, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

7. Protection of personal data

The seller undertakes to protect the personal data of buyers in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679. The data is used only for order processing and is not disclosed to third parties without the buyer's consent.

8. 8. Final provisions

These terms and conditions are valid from the moment of their publication on the website. The seller reserves the right to change them at any time. All legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
