1. General Provisions
These Terms govern the relationship between the Seller — Anton Kolesnyk, Company ID (IČO): 21753091, registered office: Rejskova 2168/12, Praha 2, 12000, Czech Republic, email: store@good-mood.co (the “Seller”) and any natural or legal person placing an order via the online store www.good-mood.co (the “Buyer”).
2. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
An order placed through the online store constitutes an offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is formed when the Seller confirms the order by email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse processing in cases of obvious error or product unavailability.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in the relevant currency (CZK or EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods:
- online bank transfer (via GoPay, including QR code);
- other electronic payment methods available at the time of checkout.
4. Delivery Terms
When using a dropshipping model, the estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days. In the future, delivery will be provided via Zásilkovna, Česká pošta, DPD, or other courier services. The delivery method and cost are specified during checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, pursuant to Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code. A return is possible only if the goods:
- have not been used;
- are kept in proper condition;
- are, where possible, in the original packaging.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
6. Complaints and Warranty
All goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise on the product page. Complaints are handled in accordance with the Civil Code and Czech consumer protection legislation.
7. Personal Data Protection
The Seller processes personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679. Personal data are used solely for order processing and are not shared with third parties without consent, except as necessary for technical/logistical purposes.
8. Final Provisions
These Terms take effect upon publication on the website. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms without prior notice. Any matters not governed herein are subject to applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
